No, our leases are month to month.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. In addition, you can pay by coming in during office hours, online, by phone, by mail, or by using our dropbox. We also have autopay with credit card online.
What do I need to do to move out?
Empty your unit, remove your lock, and let us know to close your account.
Do you provide a trash dumpster for tenants?
No
Do you have a key to my unit?
No. You are the only one who has access to your storage unit.
How do I determine what size of storage unit I need?
Send us a brief description of what will be stored, and we will help you determine the size you will need. We can show you the recommended sizes we have available before you decide on which unit you would like to lease. You can also see the “Sizes and Prices” section on this website.
What if I forget my access code?
You may call during office hours for assistance.
Do you require insurance on my stored goods?
Yes. You may purchase insurance known as rental insurance through your own provider.
When is rent due?
Rent is due the 1st of every month.
